Brazil kills native Indians

Federal constitution that transforms into incapable, CC Art 3 4. preventing that fight not giving the Indians the power to speak for them. taking the law in the centuries that was theirs, the land Guarani-Kaiowá ANNOUNCE DEATH IN COLLECTIVE MATO GROSSO DO SUL! SHARE AND DO IT TO GET PEOPLE TO THE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE!! A letter signed by the leaders of the village indigenous Guarani-Kaiowá of Mato Grosso do Sul, and referred to the Indigenous Missionary Council (CIMI), announces the collective death of 170 men, women and children if the federal court order to remove the group from the Farm Cambará where are temporarily camped on the river Hovy, in the city of Ashland. The Indians asked for several years the demarcation of their traditional lands, now occupied by ranchers and guarded by gunmen. The leader of PV in the House, Mr Sarney Filho (MA), sent a letter to Justice Minister requesting steps to prevent the tragedy. Read the full letter of the Indians to CIMI: Charter Community of Guarani-Kaiowá Pyelito Kue / Mbarakay-Iguatemi-MS for the Government and Justice of Brazil We (50 men, 50 women and 70 children) Guarani-Kaiowá communities originating from tekoha Pyelito kue / Mbrakay, we write this letter our present historical situation and a final decision before the dispatch order expressed by the Federal Court of Ashland, MS, as Case No. 0000032-87.2012.4.03.6006, on 29 September 2012. We received information that our community will soon be attacked, raped and thrown out of the river by the Federal Court, of Ashland, MS. Thus, it is evident to us that the very action of the Federal Court generates and increases the violence against our lives, ignoring our rights to survive the river Hovy and around our traditional territory Pyelito Kue / Mbarakay. We understand clearly that this decision of the Federal Court of Ashland-MS is part of the action of genocide and extermination historic indigenous people, native and native of Mato Grosso do Sul, ie, the action itself is violating the Federal Court and exterminated and our lives. We want to make clear to the Government that the Federal Court and finally, we have already lost the hope to survive with dignity and without violence in our territory old, no longer believe in the Brazilian Justice. Who we denounce violence committed against our lives? To which Justice of Brazil? If the Federal Court itself is generating and fueling violence against us. We have evaluated our current situation and conclude that we will all die very soon, and we do not have nor have the prospect of a dignified and fair both here on the riverbank as far from here. We camped here 50 meters from the river Hovy where already there were four deaths, two by suicide and two due to beating and torture of gunmen farms. We live on the river bank Hovy for over a year and are without any assistance, isolated, surrounded by gunmen and resisted until today. Eat food once a day. We spend all this to recover our territory Pyleito old Kue / Mbarakay. In fact, we know very well that at the heart of our territory old are buried several of our grandfathers, grandmothers, great-grandparents and great-grandparents, there are the cemeteries of all our ancestors. Aware of this historical fact, we are about and we want to be dead and buried with our ancestors right here where we are today, so we ask the Government and the Federal Court not to order the eviction / expulsion, but ask to enact our death collective and to bury us all here. Please, once and for all, to enact our decimation and total extinction, besides sending several tractors to dig a big hole to play and bury our bodies. This is our request to federal judges. Now await the decision of the Federal Court. Declare our collective death of Guarani and Kaiowá Pyelito Kue / Mbarakay and bury us here. Since we decided not to leave here fully alive nor dead. We know that we have more chance to survive with dignity here in our territory old already suffered a lot and we are all massacred and dying apace. We know that we will be driven away from the riverbank for justice, but let's not get out of the river. As an indigenous people and indigenous history, we decided collectively merely being killed here. We have no choice this is our last dispatch before the unanimous decision of the Federal Court of Ashland, MS. Sincerely, Guarani-Kaiowá of Pyelito Kue / Mbarakay (Portal Luis Nassif) By Felipe Patury, Season
